On this night, God’s grace appeared, the Savior of all people (Tit. 2:11). On this night, the angels hymn the glory of the Most High God. This night is filled with exaltation, because the infinite and eternal God became Man.
The Son of God came down to earth in order to make us the children of God. The very place where the Savior was born, the city of Bethlehem, means “house of bread”. Christ wants to become our bread. This means that united are the cradle and the Cross, upon which the Savior became the Bread of Life.
On this saving night, we turn to God with thankful hearts, and united ourselves with all our souls to the joyful choir of angels, and together with the shepherds, we find the Savior of the World.
Christ is with us! Christ is in our midst!
Greeting with the Nativity of Christ!
